COLD*DATA garments are produced on a preorder basis. This means items are not held in stock and are manufactured after the preorder window closes. Fulfillment typically begins 2–4 weeks after the preorder closes, depending on production and print timelines. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

This allows us to avoid overproduction and ensures each unit is created with intent.

All orders are shipped from the UK using tracked delivery services.


United Kingdom

Royal Mail 48 Tracked — £3.95

Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days from dispatch


Europe

Royal Mail International Tracked — £9.75

Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days from dispatch


International (including USA, Canada, etc.)

Royal Mail International Tracked — £14.50

Estimated delivery: 6–10 working days from dispatch

 

Tracking

All orders are shipped using tracked services. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

Customs and Duties

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or local handling fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours or your local delivery depot. If unresolved, contact the courier using your tracking number. For further assistance, you may reach us at terminal@cold-data.net.

Orders Are Final

Due to the made-to-order nature of our preorder system — and the limited nature of standard releases — all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Order Issues

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at terminal@cold-data.net
  • Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue
  • We’ll review and arrange a replacement or partial refund if applicable

Lost or Undelivered Orders

All orders are shipped with tracking. If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please:

  • Check with neighbours or your local delivery depot
  • Contact the courier with your tracking number
  • If the issue remains unresolved, email us and we’ll do our best to assist
